Official Rules
1. Participants must be 21 years of age or older and a U. S. resident to enter the
drawing.
No purchase necessary to enter or win. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Prize winners are responsible for all federal state, and local taxes. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
2. One entry is allowed per person. Participants must fill in all fields of the entry form in order to enter the contest. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
3. The contests begin November 21, 2007, December 26, 2007, January 26, 2008, February 26, 2008, March 26, 2008, April 26, 2008, May 26, 2008, June 26, 2008, July 26, 2008, August 26, 2008, September 26,
2008, and October 26, 2008
respectively.
To be eligible for the drawing entries must be received no later than midnight on December 25, 2007, January 25, 2008, February 25, 2008, March 25, 2008,
April 25, 2008, May 25, 2008, June 25, 2008, July 25, 2008, August 25, 2008, September 25, 2008, October 25, 2008, and November, 25, 2008 respectively.
The drawings will be held on or about January 15, 2008, February 15, 2008, March 15, 2008, April 15, 2008, May 15, 2008, June 15, 2008, July 15, 2008, August 15, 2008,
September 15, 2008, October 15, 2008, November, 15, 2008
and December, 15, 2008 respectively.
4. There will be one (1) winner determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries and the winner
will be notified by telephone or email. If a selected winner is ineligible or fails to claim a prize within thirty days an alternate winner will be selected. All decisions of Casino Travel News and Wynn Las Vegas
Resort (hereafter known as the Sponsor) are final and binding.

A total of one (1) prize will be awarded for each promotion. The winner will receive from the Sponsor a gift certificate for two show tickets to the Spamalot show at the Wynn Las Vegas Resort and is based on availability. Excludes air transportation, ground transportation and lodging. One drawing a month for two show tickets to Spamalot at Wynn Las Vegas for one year To redeem certificates contact Jen Drumm, MME. Show tickets may be used for the followng show times: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday- 8:30 p.m. Saturday 7 p.m. & 10 p.m.
Certificates must be redeemed at least one (1) week in advance from the date of show
Show certificate must be used only for one show time. Certificates valid until
December 29, 2008. Winner must
check with the venue for show performance date availability because of dark dates and vacation schedules. In the event the performance or event is canceled the Sponsor reserves all rights to change, substitute,
cancel, or modify the promotion without notice. Prizes exclude travel. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes granted except at Sponsor's sole option.
No prize transfers permitted. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers are permitted. Not for resale. Management is not responsible for replacing lost or stolen tickets and/or certificates. No photocopies will be accepted. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited 30 days after winner is announced. Prizes are awarded "as is" and without warranty of any kind expressed or implied.
6. Winners agree that their name and likeness may be used in promotional material without compensation by Casino Travel News and/or the Sponsor.

By entering this promotion, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and/or Casino Travel News, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies and their respective employees, harmless from any and all liability, claims, loss, damage to persons or property, costs, expenses and actions of any kind related to or arising out of entry into this contest, promotion or resulting from the acceptance or use of any of the prizes awarded, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, invasion of the right of privacy or publicity.

Participation in the drawing constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional acceptance of these Official rules. Neither Casino Travel News, the Sponsor, nor the Technical Provider are responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries; telephone failures of any kind, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, errors in transmission, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions which may limit or interfere with a participant's ability to take part in the drawing or any condition caused by events beyond the control of Casino Travel News and/or the Sponsor which may cause the drawing to be disrupted or corrupted; or any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest; or any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.

Entries which are incomplete, tampered with, illegible, mechanically reproduced, inaccurate, forged, irregular in any way or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right, in it's sole discretion, to cancel or modify the online drawing if fraud, technical failure, virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, or any other causes beyond the control of Casino Travel News and/or the Sponsor destroy the integrity of this promotion. Casino Travel News and the Sponsor's judgment with regard to the rules of the Contest shall be final.
