Pink Taco at Hard Rock
Hard Rock PinkTaco_FullBar sm0202After 12 years of offering a dining experience beyond the ordinary, Pink Taco celebrated its grand re-opening with an expanded bar and the launch of its monthly party “Cinco de Taco” in February 2008. Pink Taco is popular for putting a California spin on traditional Mexican dishes.  The menu includes the trademark Pink Taco (Panuchos) with homemade corn tortillas and black
beans, topped with chicken, salsa roja, pickled onions and avocado. For something lighter, there's the Chicken (or vegetable) Tostada Salad--a shredded salad with chipotle dressing that is a Pink Taco favorite.  For a sweet finale to a spicy meal, Pink Taco offers the Tres Leches Cake – fried ice cream and flan with Mexican caramel. A mega-hip Mexican cantina, Pink Taco is a folk-art bedecked hotspot adorned with classic low-rider bicycles, unique tables that leave guests’ feet dangling and an assortment of authentic Mexican craftwork that decorate the dining room.  The atmosphere includes music that’s pumped up loud where nobody is expected to keep their voices down.  Dining out on the patio is an alternative for those looking for a more quiet setting.

B.R. Guest Restaurants Brings Dos Caminos To Las Vegas
First Dos Caminos Outside of New York
Premieres at The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino

Dos CaminosStephen Hanson and B.R. Guest are proud to announce the highly-anticipated arrival of Dos Caminos Las Vegas, opening at The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino. Dos Caminos Las Vegas is the fourth outpost of the Mexican cuisine mecca and the first outside of New York City.

As with its sister locations, Dos Caminos Las Vegas offers authentic, inventive Mexican fare along with a vibrant bar scene. Building on classic Mexican staples of guacamole, empanadas and tacos, the menu includes signature items created exclusively for Las Vegas from Corporate Executive Chef Scott Linquist, who has overseen the brand expansion and openings of all Dos Caminos locations as well as co-authored the Dos Caminos cookbook, Mod Mex.  Taste buds will be tantalized with dishes including Roasted Chicken Enchiladas with Mole Poblano and Salsa Verde, Lamb Shank Barbacoa, Grilled Marinated Skirt Steak with Frijoles Borrachos and Roasted Tomato Salsita as well as Chilean Sea Bass Veracruzano. The menu will also feature such brunch offerings as Dos Caminos Rancheros, Chilequiles Con Huevos (Baked Tortilla Casserole with Sunny-Side-Up Eggs), Pan Torrejas (Mexican-Style French Toast with Toasted Pecan Maple Syrup and Fresh Berries) and Mexican Benedict, available daily. Not to be missed: the critically acclaimed, made-to-order guacamole.

Sala, the lounge at Dos Caminos Las Vegas, will add more spice to Sin City’s nightlife, offering the latest DJ stylings, bottle service and top-notch people-watching as well as a lounge menu for late-night dining well into the wee hours.

B.R. Guest Mixologist Eben Klemm transports the cocktail menu “south of the border” with imaginative margaritas, sangria as well as an expansive tequila menu. Sample one --or a flight-- of the hand-selected tequilas, representing the best Mexico has to offer! Specialty cocktails include seasonal organic margaritas such as Blueberry Pomegranate and Dos Caminos’ signature Frozen Prickly Pear Margarita.

The David Rockwell-designed space divides the restaurant into different environments, each a nod to a specific aspect of Mexican life. A waterfall and hand -hammered gates welcome guests as they enter into the intimate Sala lounge, where snakeskin leather banquettes carve up the space. An abstract nightscape of a Mexican village frames the natural edge wood bar poised atop an iridescent gold and fuchsia tile wall. Invoking a Mexican bazaar, the main dining room walls and ceiling are covered with panels taken from the markets of Mexico.  Accentuating the dining room, the candle-lit serpentine chandelier of glowing glass gems leads guests to an ancient stone-carved Mayan temple of fire that connects the two distinct dining spaces.  The rear dining room is a celebration of eternal light with flickering candlelight reflecting off of the copper-colored glass and casting a warm glow onto the walls.

Dos Caminos Las Vegas at The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino can accommodate up to 700 people. The restaurant serves brunch from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekends and lunch from 11:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays and dinner daily from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. Sala lounge welcomes guests seven days a week until 3:30 a.m. with a late night lounge menu offered until 2 a.m. Please visit www.brguestrestaurants.com for more information.

Frankie's Tiki RoomFrankie’s Tiki Room, the only authentic tiki bar in Las Vegas, is now open and invites guests to experience the one-of-a-kind tiki environment complemented by traditional carvings, original Polynesian art, a full bar and gaming.

“We are excited to finally open our doors for guests to enjoy all that Frankie’s has to offer,” said P Moss, owner and founder of Frankie’s Tiki Room. “We are glad to be bringing Las Vegas a concept that has been well overdue. Every element of Frankie’s, from the authenticity of the bar, the variety of original exotic drinks and collectible souvenir mugs, tiki statues and handcrafted artwork, were carefully selected to harmonize the overall
atmosphere. ”

From the moment guests arrive at Frankie’s, they are engaged in the complete tiki experience.  Guests are greeted by tiki statues and once inside, they are surrounded by lavish tiki artwork as well as the striking architecture and creativity that was utilized in designing the authentic tiki bar. South Seas exotica meets modern primitivism, Las Vegas style.

Frankie’s offers a unique drink menu that features fifteen original exotic drinks including: the Bearded Clam, a tiki twist on the classic mojito; Bombora Blast, loaded with 151 proof rum and infused with a guava-based energy drink; Bender Ender, a blend of rums, pineapple juice, papaya nectar and 160 proof rum; the Mutiny, the perfect storm of vodka, melon liqueur, Amaretto, Everclear and cranberry juice and much more. Mr. Lucky's 24/7 Hard Rock
Mr. Lucky's_2sm02As the name signifies, Mr. Lucky’s 24/7 is open ‘round the clock and offers a traditional style eatery with a family-friendly atmosphere.  The standard diner fare - burgers, sandwiches, and breakfast items such as the owner’s favorite, French toast - is first-rate, as are the pizzas. And its not-so secret specials, such as the Steak and Shrimp (an 8 -ounce New York sirloin steak, three jumbo shrimp, salad, garlic mashed potatoes and a roll, all for a lucky $7.77), and the "bone yard specials," starting at $3.95 (served Monday through Thursday 1 to 5 a.m.), are well worth ordering. The Chocolate Fudge Brownie topped with vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, homemade whipped cream and chopped nuts is also worth the splurge. Inexpensive as most venues placed in the ‘diner’ category, Mr. Lucky’s ups the ante with its cool, energized rock ‘n’ roll aura with décor to match: rock memorabilia, a large Jim Morrison mural, leopard-print seating, vintage motel signage and wood floors. Since 2003, Mr. Lucky’s has been recognized as one of the city’s “Best Late Night Snack” according to the Las Vegas Weekly Reader’s Choice Poll.

Mr. Lucky’s 24/7 is open 24 hours a day and seven days a week.
