Taste The Many Flavors Of Nevada
Dining at one of Nevada’s many restaurants can be as much of an experience as taking in the shows and other attractions. Whether you want a cozy diner or dinner in a lavish gourmet room Nevada has every type of cuisine at every price to tempt your palate.

Las VegasLupo pasta with veal bolognese
The resorts in Las Vegas have numerous restaurants, from fast food and buffets to coffee shops to fine dining.  Visitors can indulge in the best Italian, French, Japanese, Cajun/Creole, Mexican, Mediterranean, Chinese and Continental fare offered anywhere in the world.

Visitors will find an array of restaurants tucked away off the Strip that are exceptional and frequented by celebrities and locals.

Signature Restaurants
Signature restaurants by celebrity chefs are in many of the resorts along the Strip. If you can, make reservations in advance, particularly for the better restaurants so you will not be disappointed if they are totally booked during your stay.

Many Nevada restaurants make it a priority to ensure that guests can enjoy fine wines to complement their meals and contribute to a memorable dining experience. To choose the right wine, diners can seek the suggestions of a master sommelier, wine manager or other knowledgeable staff.

Theme Cafes
Theme cafes offer a trendy twist, guarantee a total entertainment and dining experience and provide a fun approach to meals in an atmosphere surrounded by theme memorabilia.

You will find everything from sports (NASCAR and football) cafes to a lush rain forest to Star Trek to entertain you.  The House of Blues offers concerts and other venues have live entertainment.

The buffet made its Las Vegas culinary debut in the early 1940s at the original El Rancho Vegas Hotel, the first hotel on the Las Vegas Strip.  Today, buffets remain the most popular dining experience in the "Entertainment Capital," offering selections in every type of cuisine and price range imaginable. Almost every resort in Las Vegas offers its own special buffet.

Reno/Lake Tahoe
Northern Nevada was the settling place for hundreds of Italian immigrants who moved westward in search of new lives in America.  For years, the enticing aromas of tomato sauce and spicy JA Nugget Rotisserie Buffetsausage and peppers wafted down the streets: now, the hearty aromas come from restaurant kitchens.

Every October, downtown Reno turns into a haven for Italian food lovers with the Eldorado’s Great Italian Festival.  Visitors can feast at a spaghetti cook-off, listen to free music, play games, stroll through arts and crafts and food booths, or enter a grape stomping contest. It is a true Italian feast.

In the resorts you will fine a variety of restaurants from a Parisian-style bistro to an Oyster Bar to award-winning gourmet restaurants. In addition to the lavish buffets, there are many cozy ethnic restaurants off the beaten path that are definitely worth a visit.

Lake Tahoe’s South Shore features award winning restaurants, many of which overlook the crystal clear waters and mountains. Whether you are craving a classic style hamburger or ribs or wanting a romantic dinner overlooking the lake, visitors to majestic Lake Tahoe will find outstanding restaurants at either end of the lake.

Laughlin
Laughlin has everything from a microbrewery to fine dining.  The resorts offer a variety of restaurants from coffee shops to buffets.

As you plan your next visit to Nevada, be sure to take advantage of the many tastes and dining experiences awaiting you in the Silver State.
