Already a world-class, full service destination resort, Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe has been  transformed into a warm and cozy luxury property located on the North Shore of Incline Village overlooking the crystal waters of the famed Nevada lake.
 
"Now that the interior renovation has concluded, the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort and Casino is reminiscent of the grand ski lodges of the turn of the century, but complete with all the modern luxuries and amenities today's discerning traveler desires," said Jordan Mesiner, Vice President/Managing Director of the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort and Casino. 

The renovations to Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort and Casino have transformed the property into a unique and rugged, but comfortable and inviting mountain lodge.  Exterior renovations and appointments will complement the natural environment by combining colors that echo the tradition and sense of history of the original grand homes that were built in the Tahoe area the turn of the century.  Hill and Glazier Architects of Palo Alto, Calif. are the masterminds behind the resort's new architecture and design and have complemented the resort's design with the unrivaled charm and beauty of one of the most exquisite mountain locations in the world.

The resort's fully renovated 449 guestrooms (including suites and 24 Lakeside Cottages) feature sweeping views of the lake and/or mountains, and a decorating ambiance in warm, earth-toned themes and natural elements. Using material like timber, stone, distressed leather, Ponderosa pine and wrought iron throughout the property, a sense of rustic, yet comfortable elegance is conveyed.  Each tastefully appointed guestroom has been completely redecorated with natural pine, distressed wood and leather furnishings and was designed to reflect the natural environment of Lake Tahoe with autumnal colors such as moss, brick red and wheat. 
 
In-room amenities include two telephones, a 27-inch color television with over 100 movies to choose from, a private butler service bar, in-room safe, special bathroom amenities, an iron and ironing board, hair dryer and daily maid service.

All suites are located on the 9th through 12th floors featuring lake and mountain views and include a wet bar, special amenities, a 27-inch color television with cable and movie channels.

There are 24 Lakeside Cottages located on a private beach adjacent to the Lakeside Lodge and the Lone Eagle Grille. All of the two-bedroom cottages feature a parlor with a wood-burning fireplace, a private deck overlooking the lake, a wet bar with coffee maker (kitchens are available in some units), a 27-inch color television with cable and movie channels, direct access to the private beach and beautiful, sweeping views of Lake Tahoe.
